This Sulwhasoo liquid base is a Korean herbal medicinal makeup base for brighter and glowing complexion. The texture is very light-weight, yet it is quite moisturize and the texture creates a thin layer that gently veils skin to keep the makeup smoothly and bright on skin for a long time.
