1) Please email us at styleneshop@gmail.com with the following information:

- colour shade or style (if applicable)
- quantity
- contact information (full name, shipping address and PayPal email address)

2) A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm receipt of your order.

3) A PayPal invoice will be sent to you with the total amount including S/H cost. Please pay within 3 days or your reserved items will be made available for others.

4) After payment is received in full, a notification email will be sent to you when the order has been shipped.

5) Your feedback is important to us! Please send us an email after receiving your item(s).

Please NOTE: Due to Italy, France and German Laws, we are not allowed to sell cosmetics that are not sealed in their original packaging. However, we will sell and ship to anywhere else in United States, Europe, Asia and Australia.

Buyers are responsible for all Custom/Brokerage charges.
