Urban Decay Naked Palette (USD $44) is a all-in-one eye shadow palette and a must-have item in 2010 that comes with a velvety chocolate brown case with mirror attached on the case. The palette is packed with TWELVE gorgeous neutrals shades and the colors are extremely vibrant and intense, which can also use them for eyeliners. The texture is very smooth and easy to apply for day/night time.
Shades: 12 shades from delicate champagnes to dark, gritty gunmetal, and feature FIVE NEW shades.

As soon as I received this palette, I have tried with few colors. I used Toasted (rich copper), Half Baked (subtle, lustrous bronze), Smog (deep coppery bronze) for the eyeshadows and Darkhorse (bronze patina) as an eyeliner.
Bobbi Brown 2008 Shimmering Nudes Palette (USD $50) is a big hit in 2008 as nude colors trend started to become mainstream. This palette includes SEVEN shades that range from soft shimmers to metallics and even mattes, as well as, a dual ended brush, one side of which is a shadow brush and the other end is a flat liner brush.

Comparison:
I think that Urban Decay Naked Palette have more colour shades for matte and shimmer textures and the colors can be built up very easily. For daytime casual wear, you will only need a tiny dip of the shadow to get a soft look and when it is night time, simply add more colors to create a sophisticated or party look.
The colors in Bobbi Brown Shimmering Nudes palette are more on the soft side as compared to UD Naked Palette. It works best for daily office look.
Overall both eye shadows are in high-quality and long-lasting. I am very glad that both eye shadows in the palettes are water-proof and the eye shadows stay on all day long over 12 hours.
